As a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end systems of the marketplace, using modern technologies and frameworks.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to stay connected with the rest of the team and continuously improve.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow and succeed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, working on complex and scalable web applications.
• Has a deep understanding of front-end technologies, such as React, Redux, and CSS, and back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Has experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills, and is able to work effectively in a team setting.
• Has a passion for AI and machine learning, and is eager to apply their skills to build innovative and impactful products in this field.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions for our AI marketplace platform.
2. Building and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable back-end services using modern technologies such as Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
3. Designing and developing responsive and engaging front-end experiences using technologies such as React, Redux, and CSS.
4. Participating in daily scrum ceremonies and actively contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
5. Ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
6. Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing issues in the production environment.
7. Proactively identifying and implementing solutions to improve the performance and user experience of the platform.
8. Mentoring and guiding junior software engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
3. Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Redux, and CSS.
4. Strong expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
5. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience participating in Scrum ceremonies.
6. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Passion for delivering high-quality, user-friendly software solutions.
