Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator role, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other recruiting tools, and an ability to think creatively and outside the box to find top talent
