As our Senior Legal Counsel, you will be a key player in ensuring the legal operations of our marketplace run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support on various legal matters related to the marketplace
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential legal risks
• Keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations, and providing regular training and updates to the team
  

Requirements:

• JD from a top law school and admitted to practice law in the US
• At least 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial law and technology
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box to find solutions to complex legal problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to work effectively with technology tools
