• Mentor and manage a team of designers, helping them to grow and achieve their full potential
• Stay ahead of the curve on design trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the table
• Lead user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and adoption

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
• An impressive portfolio that showcases your design skills and ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to bring complex concepts to life visually
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
